The App is designed solely as a reminder tool to help you remember to take medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Doseify does not provide medical advice or recommendations
• Information displayed in the App should not be used for self-diagnosis or self-treatment
• You should always follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding medications
• You should consult a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication
• The App's prescription scanning feature may contain errors; always verify extracted information
• Reminder notifications are not guaranteed and should not be your only method of medication management

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Doseify, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of medication information you enter or confirm
• Verifying information extracted from prescription scans
• Following your healthcare provider's medication instructions
• Maintaining backup methods for medication reminders
• Keeping your device charged and notifications enabled
• Updating medication information when prescriptions change

5. Prescription Scanning

The prescription scanning feature uses artificial intelligence to extract text from images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-powered text extraction may produce errors or inaccuracies
• You must review and verify all extracted medication information
• The App is not responsible for errors in extracted information
• Prescription images are processed by third-party services (OpenAI) as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Doseify and its developers are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or damages resulting from use of the App
• We are not responsible for missed medications due to notification failures, device issues, or user error
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of prescription scanning or any information displayed
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your health data is stored locally on your device
• We do not maintain user accounts or store data on servers
• Uninstalling the App deletes all your data

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App's name or branding without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Termination
